Testimonials

Therapy with Monica is well-worth the investment! She’s an empathetic listener and sensitive to my emotions, and I always feel comfortable sharing with her. She also communicates clearly, explaining different strategies and ways of looking at things. The takeaways from each session have been quick and effective at helping me change my thought patterns to be so much more positive and healthy each day. Thank you!

I enlisted Monica’s services at a critical part of my life. I am pleased to say that that was a very good decision. She helped me so much and I would be very lost if not for her.

I first saw Monica as I was going through a lot of conflict with my partner and on the verge of divorce. We attended a session together but subsequently my partner was not keen to continue. I continued to see her to help me process all that was going on. Her assessments and advice were very helpful to help me cope.
